    SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Today, the California Republican Party Board of Directors has selected Kristin Olsen as the California Republican Party Vice Chair. Olsen recently won a seat on the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors after leaving the Assembly due to term limits. Olsen was first elected to the California State Assembly in 2010 to represent California’s 12th District and served as the Assembly Republican Leader from 2014 to early 2016.

    Today’s headlines tout Democratic legislator’s stated goals of protecting undocumented immigrants by “urging President-elect Donald Trump to refrain from pursuing mass deportations and introducing urgent legislation to fund immigration lawyers and help public defenders protect the state's immigrants.” In their excitement to reiterate the Democrat’s words, California reporters forgot to ask one VERY important question: Where were all of you when President Barack Obama was deporting three million immigrants?
